SUDOKU NINJA wants customers to be happy with their purchases.
We are therefore happy to replace, exchange or credit any unwanted item* as long as the customer pays for the return of the goods and the goods remain in an unused re-sellable condition. In the event of faulty goods we will provide a suitable replacement providing the returned goods are found to be faulty. In this case smoothdance will agree to reimburse costs incurred for returning faulty items. Faulty or unwanted goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Unwanted goods must be returned un-opened/unworn in their original packaging.
SUDOKU NINJA quality assurance policy ensures that all goods are checked before dispatch and securely packaged. SUDOKU NINJA will not accept returned goods which have been damaged due to neglect of the purchaser when opening or re-packaging goods.
For your own protection we recommend that you email SUDOKU NINJA for authorisation before returning goods and use a recorded-delivery service if the authorisation has been approved.
